The scarey truth is 1 in 2 of us is predicted to be affected by cancer in our lifetime!

Many of us in the Frazer Fitness community have had family members and friends who have suffered with this terrible disease. Within the last few months we lost a much loved family member, Kieran, who sadly lost his battle with cancer in June 24, I will personally be doing this challenge to honour his memory.

This is one small way we believe we can give back to a local charity who are close to our hearts, who work directly in the community offering a vital service.
