Many of us in the Frazer Fitness community have had family members and friends who have suffered with this terrible disease.

14 members and friends of Frazer Fitness are taking part in the 5k Rampage Mud run. This is one small way we believe we can give back to a local charity who are close to our hearts, who work directly in the community offering a vital service.
