I am literally going over the top and abseiling down Peel Tower, Holcombe Hill, Bury to raise funds for Margaret Haes Riding Centre in its 60th year.

I volunteer at the centre which brings the ‘Spirit of the Horse’ to some of the most vulnerable people in our communities. Margaret Haes is a charity for those with learning disabilities, physical and mental health disabilities, and emotional and social challenges. We’re passionate about improving health and well-being through riding and working with horses.

The funds are needed for horse welfare and core costs, as well site improvements to maintain a safe and welcoming space for all.
