Hi my amazing supporters,

I have decided to run 100k in June for Crohn's and Colitis UK as I know this is a disease that is incurable and very stressful for those who have it. It can be diagnosed at any age. I personally know a few people with ulcerative colitis and know exactly what they have to go through to try and live a 'normal' life.

I am hoping to raise as much money as possible to support the charity and hopefully contribute to the treatment of many people.
