I am taking part in the inaugural Dublin to Belfast Palestine Solidarity cycle, which is a 2 day cycle taking place on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th of August, organised by the Lapwing and Sunbird Cycle Club.

The aim is to raise awareness and funds for Gaza Sunbirds and their aid distribution to starving communities in Gaza.

The Gaza Sunbirds are a paracycling team based in the Gaza strip, founded in 2018 with the dream of one day representing Palestine at the Paralympics. Since October 2023, most of the team remains in Gaza where they are distributing aid to their communities.
