I need your support ! In September 2025, I'll be joining a team to take on the challenge of a lifetime, the Freedom Trail Trek or Le Chemin de Liberté for prostate cancer research.

The 4 day trek is rated red ( highest level of difficulty) covering very challenging terrain ,and involves long distances (15-25 km daily) with rough, steep, remote trails reaching approx. 2500m .This demanding challenge, follows in the footsteps of allied soldiers and refugees on one of the iconic mountain routes they took through the Pyrenees to escape Nazi occupied France during WWII.
