I am joining Team IDAS in the York 10K 2026 because I want to make sure that anyone subjected to domestic abuse or sexual violence can access support.

IDAS is the largest domestic abuse charity in Yorkshire, supporting women, men and children who have been subjected to domestic abuse in York, North Yorkshire, Barnsley, and Sheffield. They provide safe accommodation in Doncaster, and support to victims and survivors of sexual violence across North Yorkshire. Their services include a free, confidential helpline, one-to-one and group support in their local communities, and emergency refuge accommodation.

IDAS need our support so that they can reach more people whose lives have been devastated by violence and abuse. Please give as much as you can. Thank you.
