I'm taking part in the "Step Up for Air Ambulance NI 2026" challenge!

It takes 10,000 steps a day to power my challenge, and it takes £8,200 a day to power the Air Ambulance.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to raise vital funds that will help ensure the Air Ambulance can reach critically ill and injured people across the province.

On average, the medical team is tasked with two critical incidents each day where their pre-hospital interventions could mean the difference between life and death.
