I will be doing the 30 Days Squat challenge in November for Refuge!

On any given day, Refuge supports 7000 women and children. Raising just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the support she needs for her first night. £52 could fund her and her children's stay. £185 could fund the running of the Helpline for an hour. £500 could run one of our refuges for one day.
