3 DAYS, 3 DAYS! Whose idea was that!

In 2026 at the age of 54 I will be taking on the west highland way, 96 miles of hills, rain and midges. If 96 miles wasn't bad enough I will be doing this in 3 days! if that wasn't enough we will aim to cover 53 miles in the first day !!!!!

Many Veterans of the Armed forces and blue light services face nightmares that most of us cannot comprehend, their life experiences are sometimes that traumatic that they cannot let go, then comes the aftermath, no escape, constant fear, constant stress, constant ! This constant, drives some of these brave people to take their own lives, nobody thinking straight does this. If only they had help to think straight.

This is where you come in. Please, please help me support ' Who Dares Cares ' in their efforts to fight back against the effects of PTSD and mental health.
