This is our grandson Conor who was born as an emergency at Homerton Hospital in November last year at 31 weeks gestation weighing just over 1kg. Today he is being discharged home from the NICU and we are wanting to raise funds for the NICU to improve facilities for parents , especially the mothers who spend long periods on the ward.
