This is my Nan, Pamela, and for her my mum, sister, cousins and I are taking part in BristolMemoryWalk this September.

My Nan unfortunately has Alzheimer’s and though she might not understand who I am to her, I know that she knows that she is loved.

Please help me raise money for this charity to help other with and the prevention of Alzheimer’s.
