This year over 30 runners from Team FAW will be running the Principality Cardiff Half Marathon for Big Moose. We will be supplying updates over on our team page and taking donations for the team here: Team FAW Fundraiser

Big Moose is a mental health charity and coffee shop based in Cardiff that is on a mission to support people through therapy and early intervention, completely free to it's users. So far, they have received over 1000 referrals with over 500 people graduating from therapy to date.

Approximately 1 in 4 people every year in the UK will experience a mental health problem, with 1 in 5 becoming suicidal. Unfortunately, we can all relate to these statistics in some way, each statistic represents someone we know or love. This highlights the importance of the work Big Moose does for people all across the country to receive free and accessible mental health services.
