A marathon has always been on my list but I’ve never plucked up the courage… until now.

Like so many across the globe in recent weeks, I’ve watched in horror as events in Gaza have unfolded. At the time I write this, since October 7th, over 20,000 Palestinians have been killed and 2m have been displaced from their homes. Medical Aid for Palestinians exists to provide immediate medical aid to those in great need, while also developing local capacity and skills to ensure the long-term development of the Palestinian healthcare system. Both will be desperately needed in the coming months.
