Im Nick Bowler and i will be running the EMF edinburgh Half Marathon. To raise money for Scottish Autism. I myself have used Scottish Autism for information on what support is availible and to help me with how to get an official offical diagiosis with Autism. I was diagnosed offically in september of 2023. However i had a strong suspicion since the start of Covid back in 2020. I was diagoned quite late at 19 years old. Since being diagosed ive had lots of support from Family and i have been worrking together with a local ocupational therapist to help me be more confident. I have also recently joined the RNLI as Shore Crew and that has also made me more confident.
