Nick's 100 Holes 1 Day £100K · 23 June 2025

Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition - to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.

Story

As you know I like a challenge and this is a big one 100 holes of golf in a day!!! We start at 4.30am and finish (hopefully) around 9pm .

We are training but logistics and fatigue will play a huge part. We are trying to raise £200,000 for Prostate Cancer and Breast Cancer.

1 in 8 men and women in their lifetime will contract either Breast or Prostate cancer. Sadly, we all know someone who is caught up in this statistic. This challenge hopes to help this fight .

Please support me by whatever you can. Every pound counts.

Thank you in advance x

5 ½ rounds of golf rounds of golf,, each

Dave Booker (Beaconsfield captain) lost his wife to breast cancer and is committed to raising funds for Breast Cancer Now. Following his own diagnosis, Mark Taylor and friends raised over £48k last year for Prostate

Cancer UK by playing 72 holes in a day. This year, they’re hoping to smash that target - setting a record with a team of 36 players and raising funds for both charities, with their joint support on the JUSTGIVING platform.

Helping them club together against cancer will be a host of sporting legends and beloved TV stars, playing the 100 or helping to promote the event across social media.

Those up for the challenge include Kenny & Gabby Logan, Craig Chalmers, Lawrence Dallagio, Rob Henderson, Allan Lamb and Kirsty Gallacher - with more names set to join the big charity drive!

AWARENESS

We’re working with Talk Sport, Times Radio, Virgin Radio, The Times and The Sun to help promote the event. We’ll be running social campaigns throughout, working withaward-winning creative agency, Hotwolf - and of course our generous celebs.

We’re also running an online auction as part of the campaign: 100 items to raise £100k. Incredible items on offer include Four-Balls at premium UK golf courses, unique sporting memorabilia and more high-value items currently being sourced.

Our soft target is £100k... our real target is over £200k, with the auction included.
