On Monday June 23, our team of game golfers will tee off on 100 holes in a single day, with no buggies, at the beautiful Beaconsfield Golf Club to raise funds for RESEARCH at Breast Cancer Now & Prostate Cancer UK.

Our story..

Dave Booker (Beaconsfield Captain) lost his wife to breast cancer and is committed to raising funds for Breast Cancer Now. Following his own diagnosis, Mark Taylor and friends raised over £48k last year for Prostate Cancer UK by playing 72 holes in a day. This year, they’re hoping to smash that target - setting a record with a team of 29 players and raising funds for both charities.

Prostate Cancer UK is dedicated to saving and improving men’s lives by funding groundbreaking research, improving tests and treatments, raising awareness of risk factors, and providing expert support. Their goal is to ensure every man has access to better diagnosis, care, and ultimately, a national screening programme.

Breast Cancer Now are a charity steered by world-class research and powered by life-changing care. They are there for anyone affected by breast cancer, the whole way through, providing support for today and hope for the future. Their mission is that by 2050, everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live – and be supported to live well.
