Thanks for visiting my page! On the 21st April I am going to be running the London Marathon in memory of Mark Duncan who we tragically lost to a sudden and fatal heart condition five years ago.

Mark was a best friend to so many of us and was taken far too early at the age of 31. Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of an undiagnosed cardiac condition and I am keen to raise as much awareness for CRY as possible.
