On Sunday the 23rd of April I will be playing in a charity rugby match at Gresham's School in aid of the 'My Name'5 Doddie Foundation' which I have organised.

I am raising money in memory of Jake Van Poortvliet, who sadly passed away in 2021 after being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in 2019. Jake was always a big social figure in and around Norfolk, his favourite thing to do was to play rugby, with both family and friends. Hence I found doing the charity match would be the perfect fit!

Since MND has no cure, it leaves a number of families with very few options. I want that to change, and My5 is dedicated to researching into find a cure for the horrible disease. So please donate a little or as much as you would like but anything would be appreciated.
