Nicola and Danny are running the Sheffield 10k for ACCT!

We were so inspired by all the people who joined Team ACCT for the 2024 Sheffield 10k that we thought we should get involved this year.

So ACCT Manager Nicola Hough and Fundraising & Finance Coordinator Danny Antrobus are in training for the race on Sunday 28th September.

This will be Danny's first race in 12 years and Nicola's first race EVER.

We're both a little nervous but looking forward to joining up with all the members and parent-carers who are also running the 10k as part of Team ACCT.

And you can help ease our nerves by sponsoring us for the race! All your donations will go directly to support our young people's clubs and family sessions and will help autistic young people and their families in Sheffield. We would really appreciate your support.

If you feel inspired too, you could join Team ACCT and take part in the Sheffield 10k this year. ACCT will pay for your place in the race and provide an ACCT running top, and you set up a page like this and raise some sponsorship money, then come and join us on the day for a fun(?!) run around the streets of Sheffield.

We would also love to have your support on the day, so if you're available on Sunday 28th September, we hope lots of ACCT members and supporters will come out to watch the race, keep an eye out for runners in Team ACCT t-shirts and give us plenty of support to help us get around the 10k.
