London to Brighton Cycle Ride 2025 · 14 September 2025 ·

Cycling From London to Brighton on the September the 14th for Action for BPAN — funding research, rising awareness and supporting families battling this rare devastated rare disease. Because every child deserves a chance at life.

Story

Richard is doing the London to Brighton for Isabella our lovely little niece who was diagnosed with BPAN in 2018.

We are taking on the London to Brighton Bike Ride to support Action for BPAN, the UK's first charity dedicated to funding research for BPAN (Beta-Propeller Protein-Associated Neurodegeneration).

BPAN is a rare, life-limiting genetic condition that causes progressive neurological decline, seizures, early onset dementia and movement disorders such as Parkinson's and Dystonia. BPAN is a cruel condition that takes so much away from these children and is heartbreaking for families to go through. Action for BPAN was created by families to help fund the groundbreaking research into treatments and cures, support families, and raise awareness of this devastating disorder.

Every mile we cycle is a step closer to life-changing treatments and a brighter future for all children living with BPAN

Please support Richard on this journey, together, we can turn hope into action!
