Story
I will be taking to the skies again to complete another skydive for the amazing Owen McVeigh Foundation on 16th May 2026. This will be my 6th skydive 🪂
I will be flying through the clouds from 15,000 ft at up to 150mph.
You know why I do this. The support Jude & I have received has been invaluable. Jude has been able to enjoy the most wonderful experiences, but the charity offers so much more than this. It's brought new friendships, a support network like no other, opportunities to volunteer and they have been there for us when times have been really tough. The Owen McVeigh Foundation have supported not only Jude, but Niamh and I too, and have gone over and above for our little family.
When Jude needed to start a chemotherapy protocol in May 2024, Mark, Jo, Eddie, Marie, Jason and the rest of the Owen McVeigh Foundation family rallied around to pick us up when the next 18 months looked so dark. They've been with us on this journey, just as our family & friends have. From invitations to attend special events, calls and messages to check we're OK and with an endless supply of hugs, they have helped us far more than I can put into words. They've made us smile on days that were so awful. We owe them so much, yet they ask for nothing from us in return. They care and everything they do is with so much love, all in memory of Owen.
Fundraising and your donations are what drive me to undertake activities like this. It's imperative that I try to my hardest to give back, so this wonderful charity can continue to do the very special things it does so amazingly well. I achieve this with your support.
Please donate, don't forget to add GiftAid as this enables the charity to claim 25% back from the Government!
Thank you so much.
Love,
Nicola, Niamh & Jude ❤️🪂
