SameYou's March for March
Campaign by SameYou (RCN 1170102)
Walk 31km your way this March for Brain Injury Awareness Month. Every step helps SameYou support emotional, social and physical recovery after brain injury — from community connection to innovative rehabilitation programmes.

Story

The North Wales Brain Injury Service and it's clients are taking part in SameYou’s March for March challenge - moving 31km throughout March for Brain Injury Awareness Month.

Recovery after brain injury isn’t just physical. Many survivors face emotional challenges, isolation and long gaps in support once formal rehabilitation ends. SameYou works to change that by developing programmes, resources and communities that help people feel connected, supported and understood.

This challenge is inclusive and adaptable - whether we walk, wheel, move slowly or take rest days along the way, every step counts.

If you’re able to, please consider donating and supporting brain injury recovery. Your support will help SameYou continue building innovative recovery programmes and supportive spaces for survivors and families.

Thank you so much for being part of this journey 💛
