I’m Supporting #30YearsOfChangingLives 🚴‍♀️

For 30 years, Southend YMCA’s (SYMCA) Newlands Supported Accommodation has been more than just a roof over young people’s heads. SYMCA has provided a safe, supportive home for thousands of vulnerable 18–25-year-olds facing homelessness, helping them rebuild their lives. With space for up to 35 residents, the dedicated team works closely with each individual to develop vital skills, confidence, and independence.

As part of SYMCA’s 30th anniversary celebrations, they’ve launched a 30th Year Campaign — #30YearsOfChangingLives — to raise £30,000 or more! Every pound will help continue and grow this vital work for another 30 years.

I’m taking on the 30-Day Cycling Challenge, where each day represents a year Newlands has been open. Every mile I ride helps raise funds to keep transforming lives.
