Let’s Move Together for Mental Health Supporting Youth4Youth
From 10th October (World Mental Health Day) through to 10th November (Men's Mental Health Month), we’ll be coming together across the Group for a very special challenge. Our goal is to collectively cover a minimum of 511 miles – the distance between all of our offices – by walking, running, cycling or swimming.
This challenge isn’t just about fitness – it’s about supporting mental health, raising vital funds for our chosen charity Youth4Youth, and uniting as one team.
We know that the darker nights of autumn can trigger low mood, stress, and depression. Movement is a proven way to boost wellbeing, build resilience, and stay connected. By taking part, you’ll not only be looking after your own health but also helping to break the stigma around mental health whilst raising vital funds.
