Story
If you've not experienced BITTERNS before, then click here for my recording made on Dawn Chorus Day 2025 and here for the Stornoway song which describes their unique song. RSPB Titchwell Marsh is a hub for these fantastic creatures!
For this year’s #IPMNDF I doubled my 2024 target and set the bar at £1,000… which you’ve all helped me smash 💥 Thank you to the 51 generous supporters (TRIPLE the number who joined in last year) for getting us over the line and raising 111% of the goal 🏆
Now onto my next challenge... 🙏🌍🕊🌳🐊🙌 the RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) are passionate about biodiversity and dedicated to saving it. Since they started their mission in 1889, threats to nature have continued to grow, but RSPB have grown to meet them too, thanks in part to fundraising efforts from the public.
They are now the largest nature conservation charity in the country, consistently delivering successful conservation, forging powerful new partnerships with other organisations, inspiring others to stand up and give nature the home it deserves. I will be biking for bitterns... 100 miles in a single day, for RSPB Titchwell Marsh's Big Weekend 2025! This is the reserve's anniversary celebration and will see many bird
With your fundraising support and donations to conservation, you can help RSPB to give nature a home. Specifically I am raising in the hopes that RSPB Titchwell Marsh will remain a thriving hub for booming bitterns.
