Story

This coming January, I’ll be taking on Dry January as well as my newly created 31/62/93 challenge in memory of my dad, Stephen Noble who sadly passed away at the beginning of November after battling alcohol addiction for over 20 years.

To honour him — and to support others affected by this disease — I’ll be completing a 31/62/93 challenge throughout the month:

🚶 Walk 31 miles

🏃 Run 62 miles

🚴 Cycle 93 miles

I’m doing this to raise money for Alcohol Change UK and to raise awareness of alcohol addiction as the serious, complex disease it is. Support for families is often limited, and having been through this journey myself, I want to shine a light on the people silently supporting loved ones who are struggling.

If you’re able to donate, share, or simply read this and raise awareness — thank you. Every bit of support makes a difference.
