Story
I'm doing a couple of challenges this year to support the final year of my employer Mercer's partnership with Ambitious about Autism. We're aiming to raise £30k in 2024 so this is my contribution!
First up I've co-organised an office challenge which involves us traversing Yorkshire's 3 Peaks in May. For the last 4 years I've mainly been towed up hills by our little terrier Spud so this may be harder than it sounds.
Assuming I (and my knees) survive that I'm also signed up to my first half marathon in July in Ilkley where I'm aiming to break the 90 minute barrier.
** UPDATE ** As the 3 peaks was a success and didn't break anything I've decided to crowbar an impromptu Everesting on my bike in June in to my schedule, probably on Zwift.
A little bit more about AaA:
