After a solid 11 years of non-stop swimming, my friends and I decided it was time to bring things up a notch and take it upon ourselves to swim the English Channel!! Next July in a team of 6, we will be swimming the 21 miles from Dover to Calais with only a tub of Vaseline and a swimming costume to keep us warm!

We are completing this challenge in aid of an amazing charity called Aspire. Every four hours, someone faces paralysis due to a spinal cord injury. Aspire steps in with both practical and emotional support, not only for those directly affected, but also for their loved ones.
