I am running the Manchester Half Marathon (help!) and raising money for Pawpurrs, a cat rescue charity based in Chorlton. As many of you know I volunteer for the charity by fostering rescue cats before they are ready to be rehomed. They are in desperate need of funds and are struggling to pay off expensive vet bills to cover the treatment of so many abandoned and poorly cats. They also rely on donations to continue to be able to take in more rescues and give them the care they need with food, litter etc. Cats being dumped at the shelter is never ending and I'm hoping I can raise some funds to cover a portion of the vet bills.
