Story

It has recently come to light that a fundraiser nominally on behalf of the Leeds United Foundation was being run, but wasn't linked to the Foundation. This has been reported, but leaves the Foundation potentially out of pocket for the money donated by Leeds fans.

To try to balance this out, the Leeds united podcast I am involved with, Orta Know Better, and a fellow one called LS11 have come together to try to match or better the monies raised so that the Foundation doesn't miss out on the donations. The other fundraiser hit just over £350 so it would be great to beat that.

To achieve this, from the 1st of April to the last game of the season against Tottenham, I will be joining Luke, Karl and Bren from OKB and Big Lu from LS11 to walk the equivalent of the 400 mile round-trip from Elland Road to the Spurs stadium and back. This is 7 miles per person every day for 2 whole months!

Anything at all you can donate in support of the cause is gratefully received. Thank you for reading.
