I’m taking part in the Big BSL Fundraiser this March!

As someone with a hearing loss and part of the local Deaf community, I know how important BSL is.

I’m raising money to help grow British Sign Language and support Deaf‑led work across the UK. Your donation will help bring BSL to more schools, communities and workplaces, and keep BSL visible long after Sign Language Week.

Every pound makes a difference. Whether you donate £5 or £50, you’re helping grow BSL and support the Deaf community in a meaningful, lasting way.

£500 - my target - could help deliver a group information session in BSL, including venue hire, enabling up to 20 deaf people to learn how to overcome barriers when engaging with service providers.
