I will be cycling from Paris to Geneva with MC Events to raise money for IDEALS (International Disaster & Emergency Aid with Long-term Support), a U.K. registered charity that is providing lifesaving medical treatment in Gaza.

The ride will be taking place between 31 July - 3 Aug 2025 and will cover 340 miles over 4 days. Your kind donations will support IDEALS in the lifesaving work that they do.

Ahmed, the young man in the photo, was staying in a shelter in Gaza, supposedly a safe place, when it was shelled. The blast killed all other members of his immediate family, and Ahmed lay in the rubble for four days before he was found. He suffered a traumatic amputation of his left leg and major damage to his right foot. He was operated on and followed up by our team, showing incredible courage and resilience to begin his recovery; still with hope for the future, for Gaza and himself.
