Nepal and its people are very special to us and our hearts break seeing the devastation the floods caused.

It’s not trekking to Everest Base Camp but it’s 10k and our way of trying to help a little

Hundreds of people including children are missing, many are dead and communities have been devastated after sudden flash floods struck Nepal's Rasuwa district.

The flooding, caused by a surge of water entering the Bhote Koshi River from Tibet, swept through villages with little warning.

Families have lost loved ones, homes and livelihoods in a matter of hours. Many people have been forced from their homes and are facing an uncertain future as search and rescue efforts continue.

On 12 September we are taking part in Race to Respond, covering 10K to raise money for the Nepal Floods Emergency response.
