Pam & Sarah's fundraiser for PawPurrs Halfway House

Sarah Keedy is raising money for PawPurrs Halfway House
Celebrating the birthday of Pam & Sarah

on 22 June 2025

PPHH is for the benefit of cats who need to be rescued off the streets and homes where owners are unable to take care of them. We gained charity status in December '21. We rescue strays, cats in need and pregnant cats, aiming to socialise and rehabilitate them before they are appropriately re-homed.

Story

As many of you know, I will be 60 in June and Sarah will be 50. We really don't want or expect any presents, but we would be so grateful if you'd consider a donation to our local cat rescue charity, PawPurrs Halfway House. PawPurrs is run by a Katie, an amazing woman who works tirelessly to rescue abandoned and injured cats and kittens. It was PawPurrs who first rescued our beloved Wallace and Malcolm. She climbed onto a post office roof seversl times to trap Wallace, who'd lived for years on the streets. And Malcolm was found wandering with severe injuries, and later lost his leg. Katie has had broken bones, and severe sepsis, but she never gives up. It would mean such a lot to us if you could support her, and more poor cats like Wallace and Malcolm. There's lots of food and a free bar at the party so if you do feel you want to donate, please dig deep 😉 !
