Story
I’m raising money in memory of my mum who was supported in the last stages of her Alzheimer’s disease by palliative advice from St Richards, enabling her to stay at home until the end. We were very grateful for their support and advice when we desperately needed it.
Setting off in early morning in Bewdley around and finishing by night fall in Malvern, for the annual 31 hilly miles in a day challenge (for the mad walkers!).
In 2024, 130 people took part raising in excess of £28,000 after costs, to fund its valuable work. Although some of the terrain will be challenging, walkers will enjoy the beautiful Worcestershire countryside and certainly finish with a great sense of achievement.
St Richards Hospice relies on donations to fund our free care and are extremely grateful to all those in the community who support us so we can continue our work helping patients and families when they need us most.
Please know that your very kind donation and belief will ensure each walker can complete their challenge and it will help them every step of the way.
