I’ll be trading my freedom to support the vital work Maggie’s does for people affected by cancer. Alongside some of the city’s “most wanted” legal professionals, I’ll be cuffed and escorted to my cell with nothing but a mobile and laptop.

I’m counting on you to help me raise my bail by donating. Every pound will help ensure Maggie’s expert practical, emotional and financial support remains available to everyone who needs it.

Maggie's is in it's 30th year and has some key targets for this year which your donation will assist with:

- The target for visit numbers set at 370,000 so that centres can help more people with cancer and their family and friends. This includes a target for over 58,000 first time visits.

- Construction on three new centres is set to begin at Liverpool, Coventry and Cambridge in 2026, helping Maggie’s to be another step closer to the ambition of reaching all 60 cancer centres in the UK.

- A new focus will be placed on ensuring they support more people aged 75 and over who make up a third of all new cancer diagnoses and they want to continue to grow visit numbers from men and family and friends.

- Awareness raising will be a key part of this and they are aiming to grow brand awareness by a further 2% across the UK.
