This International Women's day, Refuge has launched the "Step4Change” challenge, where we’ll be asking our supporters to step up and support the 1 in 4 women that will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime. The challenge will encourage participants to walk/run/bike 4 miles a day in the run up or on International Women’s Day or even across March.
