On the 22nd August 2026, I will be facing the world's fastest zip wire to raise vital funds for local charity Staffordshire Sight Loss Association. I am blind myself, and I want to help this charity, which has been struggling to secure funding recently. They are the only local sight loss charity in North Staffordshire providing face-to-face services such as advice, help with forms, support with equipment and technology, and social groups and activities. It is vital that they keep going as their services are so important for people living in North Staffordshire.

I am also raising money for Staffordshire Sight Loss Association in loving memory of my fiancé Michelle, who suddenly passed away in June. Michelle was a beautiful, warm person who wanted me to take on this challenge for the charity she also cared about.
