As someone who is truly terrified of heights, I have somehow agreed to take part in an abseil from the Port of Leith Distillery in aid of MYPAS, a great charity that works to support young people's emotional wellbeing. The idea of being lowered down 131ft isn't exactly my idea of fun but if it puts some money in the bank for MYPAS then I'm all in. Thank you so much for any donation you make.

These services help young people build resilience, develop coping skills, and gain the confidence they need to enjoy life, engage positively with their communities, and reach their full potential.
