Paul's story

Nearly 5 years ago was diagnosed with a very difficult diagnosis, EHE Cancer, an ultra rare cancer which spread extensively across my liver and lungs. I have been doing everything I can to help my health and fitness, keeping active and clean eating to give myself the best possible chance in the face of a pretty gloomy prognosis.

As part of this I will be doing Birmingham Half on behalf of EHE Rare Cancer charity to help raise funds for them to continue their work in developing treatments and long term, a cure. The charity have been very good to me helping me through a difficult time so this is my time to give something back.

I'll also be running with a lot of friends and family and supporters along the way and I know it will be a great day!
