Back in 2019 I fundraised for Ty Hafan to do a trek in Cambodia, it got postponed due to covid, It's finally happening in October so I'll be hiking across Wales for some training and raising some vital funds for the hospice along the way.

So I've got a ragtag team of friends helping me along the way as I hike 870 miles from Chester in the North to Chepstow in the South!

I'll be camping out along the route whilst hopefully relying on local folk for the odd shower here and there!

But I set-off the 1st of August and hope to be done by the end of the September
