Weldmar Hospicecare provides specialist care for adults in Dorset with a life limiting illness, and support for their loved ones. All of their care is provided for free, and they need to raise over £27000 every day to continue providing all of our services. This includes their Specialist Hospice at Home Service, the hospice in Dorchester, counselling and bereavement support, and so much more.

Although I cared for Mum at home we had the support from Weldmar hospice home care team and this is my way of giving something back. Plus it is something to tick of the bucket list!! Eeek!!
