Weldmar Hospicecare provides specialist care for adults in Dorset with a life limiting illness, and support for their loved ones. All of their care is provided for free, and they need to raise over £27000 every day to continue providing all of our services. This includes their Specialist Hospice at Home Service, the hospice in Dorchester, counselling and bereavement support, and so much more.

As many of you know I cared for my precious Mumma at home when she was battling cancer, I was fortunate to be able to keep her at home as both Chris and I had worked in care. But we did have the support of the wonderful Weldmar hospice at home team. I personally benefited from services they offer to families and this is my way to give something back to this wonderful facility that supports so many during the toughest times of families lives.
