Many of my friends and family will know how much I love cricket. With that in mind I'm taking on the Trent Bridge Community Trust Zip Wire Challenge to raise much needed funds for our programmes.

Like many our family has been touched by dementia and this challenge in particular will support Forget Me Notts which supports individuals and their families in living with it. Funds will also support women's mental and physical wellbeing through Notts In Mind.
