NO TIME LIKE THE PRESENT... ⏳️

JOHN O GROATS TO LANDS END 2026 - IN AID OF The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.

Like many in life, ive had hard struggles with my mental wellbeing and have fought battles i never thought i would win. These battles unfortunately aligned with a very different battle being faced by my father in the form of Parkinsons. What is different between our battles is that I do have a great way to help myself and that is through getting out and Hiking! Being out and about in the hills is one of the main ways ive been able to clear my head and so I want to use that to not only help myself but to help people like my father in honour of the great man.

How do I do that? Well one of my dreams has been to walk top to bottom of the country John o groats to Lands End... and so thats what I will do.

Yes, this is going to be the biggest challenge ive done. Yes, its going to be hard. No im not prepared. But will we be doing this anyway... of course!
