NO TIME LIKE THE PRESENT... ⏳️

So here we go. Ive sat for hours, days and weeks contemplating and in all honesty... been through hell and back trying to figure out how to do this. Then I realised, well... just do it 🤷🏼

In short, my own struggles and mental wellbeing have been a battle aligned with a very different battle being fought by my dad and many other in the world - Parkinsons. So I asked myself what can I do to help both...

How do I help my own battle with my demons at the same time as honouring and helping my dad... we raise as much money as I can for parkinsons while doing something that helps me.

Yes, this is going to be the biggest challenge ive done. Yes, its going to be hard. No im not prepared. But will we be doing this anyway... of course!
