As puppy-raisers, we are currently raising our 8th guide dog puppy and as a volunteer with friends who rely on guide dogs, I have witnessed the profound impact these Guide Dogs have on people's lives. Turning 72 in March prompted me to take on an extra challenge to raise additional funds for #TeamGuideDogs - Own Challenge 2024. I am participating in a personal skydiving event with the Red Devils on 1st August 2024 and my target is to raise at least £2500 and Guide Dogs have agreed that I can name a puppy Maureen in memory of my Mum
