Story
Once again I am joining the WHOOSH team on another pedal power adventure - this year we are aiming to raise enough money to purchase 100 bikes for World Bicycle Relief.
Cycling is a straight forward choice in our country, but in some parts of the world access to a bicycle has a massive impact on an individual and a community's fortune.
World Bicycle Relief is an award winning social enterprise that wants to break the barrier to education, healthcare and economic opportunity that many people face because of distance.
Their mission is to provide 'Buffalo Bikes' designed for challenging rural conditions and to set up a network of mechanics so that individuals and communities can travel to schools, clinics and market.

This year WHOOSH will be taking a 280 mile route from Aberysthwyth to Bristol following the River Severn from its source to sea.
All donations are sent directly to the charity from JustGiving, with no costs deducted, and as usual, the team fund all expenses themselves.
Anything you give will make a tangible difference to someone's life
£20 Purchases a wheel set
£50 A mechanic's tool kit
£120 Will purchase a Buffalo Bike
