I'm running the Great West Run on May 26th 2024. Ill be raising money for Force which is my mum's favourite charity as they helped when my gran was ill.

FORCE is a Westcountry cancer charity dedicated to assisting local cancer patients and their families. FORCE provides patient support at our purpose build centre, funds a local research programme and purchases "state of the art" equipment for local cancer treatment centres.

13 miles isn't far for some but very knackering for an old duffer like me. I appreciate any donations large or tiny. All for a cracking cause.
