In Memory of Philip Anthony Walker for Vision Appeal

Rose Alanna Walker is raising money for South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust Charitable Funds
In memory of Philip Anthony Walker
Our Vision Appeal is raising vital funds to support our new Eye Hospital in Sunderland. It will help us fund state-of-the-art equipment, facilities and research that will benefit our patients, visitors and staff for years to come.

Story

Philip was a dedicated Optometrist for 27 years and often referred patients to The Sunderland Eye Infirmary. He would have wanted to support this worthy cause, especially as it is local.

Through the Vision Appeal, South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust Charitable Funds can invest in things that wouldn't normally be funded by NHS sources. The things that improve not only the treatment received, but also the experience of care.

Please use the link (click here for Vision Appeal Web Page Link ) to view more about the charity, and their shopping list which details the key pieces of equipment that donations will contribute towards.

As a family, we would be grateful for you to consider donations to this Vision Appeal in Philip’s memory.

We are also collecting donations for North East Sight Matters and invite you to visit Philip‘s page. (using this link: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/philip-anthony-walker-nesm )

We welcome you to donate to either cause as you wish.

Leanne, Rose and Cecily.
